The twenty-four calculators on this site run in the browser, without signing up — and they work with whatever you type in. The premium area is the specialist portal logcons.at: the same tools, but with their extended stage and with your own data.
Not the formula — the data
This site shows the context: how to use something, where the best solution sits today and what the best in the industry do differently. Plus the tools in their basic form — free, no account, no data transfer.
The difference is what it is calculated on. A calculator in the browser gets what somebody types in: one shipment, one tour, one assumption. In the premium area the movement data is already there — and that turns a sample calculation into an evaluation across the whole set. That is why it is called “lane analysis” there and “empty running” here: the same metric, once for one lane and once for all of them.
And that is why the way in is a request rather than a button. Working with your own data means handing it over first — and that is a decision, not a sign-up.

Basics here, extension there
Seven tools have a named extended stage. What stands in the right-hand column is not an announcement — it says so on the respective calculator in the portal.
They have no extended stage of their own, only the one sentence that stands on every calculator. It is the promise that keeps the free part free.

The free calculator stays free. Additional functions are provided exclusively on request and after approval — there is no self-activation and no automatic access.
What hangs together over there
A calculator answers one question and is then done. In the portal the answer hangs on the next step: the consignment note triggers the credit note, the metric pulls its figures from the same shipment. Three points, each leading to where it is explained.
Six stations, no retyping
Shipment, metric, verdict, proof, invoicing, decision — one sequence instead of five separate tools. The explainer walks through it station by station.
Tested on the operation, not on a model
What runs there is tried out on the daily business of a forwarder that buys and resells freight capacity. A test bench, not a laboratory.
And where a human decides
Damage assessment after the upload is still done by a person. That is stated plainly there — the difference between “can” and “does” is not blurred.
On request, not at the push of a button
The premium area sits behind a login. Access and a demonstration run through a short request; there is deliberately no self-registration.
Where the best solution sits today
What is named is the pattern, not the vendor — a product name ages, an idea does not.
Calculate first, buy later
Use the basics for a week and you will know which figure your operation is actually missing. That beats any demonstration as a requirements list.
One formula, two data situations
The same calculation on one entry and on the whole set gives two different answers — and only the second one carries a decision.
Free does not mean preview
A free calculator that deliberately does less than it could gets used once. The basic version calculates in full; the extension does not make it more correct, it makes it bigger.
